Strict set of detailing standards were required to be followed.

The project had a stringent deadline.

Solution

The client provided structural drawings, architectural drawings, addendums and the design standards required to be followed. Our team prepared anchor bolt plans based on the data provided by the client along with material take-offs. Subsequently, our team also prepared erection and assembly drawings for the restaurant building structure. These drawings were submitted to the client for approval.

With approved drawings, we further provided the client with fabrication drawings along with Bill of Materials (BOMs), DXF files, NC files, KSS files and related fabrication documents.

The project was successfully handed over to the client within the specified deadline with minimal change order requests.
