There were 3 Addendums while the project was running which we had to manage and incorporate all the changes as per the addendums without little or no extension in timeline.

Solution

The project involved detailing of foundation plan and framing plan up to 9th level. General Arrangement drawings & Assembly drawings along with BOM were submitted in the first round of IFA submission. On approval of Erection & Assembly drawings, part drawings with all the reports, NC files, DXF files, KSS files etc. were also generated by the team.

Client’s extreme support and prompt responses to our RFI resulted in high quality steel shop drawings. The project was successfully completed with the stipulated time with minimal change orders.
